Cherries and Rossini cheese

Ingredients
(for 4 people)
250 g Rossini cheese
250 g mature and firm cherries toasted brioche bread
Procedure
Remove the stones from the cherries and cut the Rossini cheese into cubes. Place everything on a serving plate, alternating between cheese and cherries. Serve with slices of toasted brioche bread.
