The Supply Chain

Production

Our production capacity exceeds 200,000 liters of milk per day, processed through two different production lines:

  • The main production line is a state-of-the-art automated vat system, designed to ensure the highest level of quality and product differentiation according to the final distribution channel.
  • The second, more traditional production line is equipped with classic multipurpose boilers and is used primarily for the production of blue-veined cheeses and some of our ‘Unico’ specialties.
