Since 1914, we have been producing PDO cheeses and typical specialities from our region, following ancient methods and strict specifications. Thanks to the experience of four generations, today our dairy produces the widest variety of Lombard cheeses, both traditional and innovative, all with an unmistakable flavour.

Each of our cheeses is made with a unique recipe, using methods handed down and refined over generations. We use high-quality Italian raw materials and milk sourced from farms close to our dairy.

The Complete Supply Chain

We manage the entire cheese production process, from raw material to the finished product, we ensure quality control and added value through the integrated management of farming, production, aging, and distribution.
Farming

Near our dairy lies our family-run cattle farm with around 900 cows, providing part of the milk we process. The rest comes from certified farms located no more than 30 km away.

Production

Our production is based on advanced technologies that ensure the highest quality and a reduced environmental impact. We maintain full control over the entire supply chain, combining tradition and innovation.

Maturing

Our dairy features two dedicated maturing areas for blue cheeses and washed-rind cheeses, with climate-controlled rooms that create the ideal conditions for the products to mature.

Packaging

The packaging area is equipped with cutting-edge machinery that ensures hygiene, safety and versatility. It is divided into three distinct departments: fresh cheeses, washed-rind cheeses, and blue cheeses.

Distribution

We are a strong presence both nationally and internationally, thanks to an effective distribution network. As pioneers in Private Label and leaders in organic products, we collaborate with the most important large-scale retail chains.

Our processes and products are certified by accredited bodies that guarantee compliance with high quality, environmental and food safety standards.
Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) certifies agri-food products that are closely tied to a specific region, guaranteeing quality, tradition and origin through strict checks on every production stage.
QCertificazioni organic certification confirms that our products are obtained without the use of synthetic chemicals, respecting the environment and animal welfare, with rigorous checks throughout the entire supply chain.
IFS Food certification guarantees the safety, quality and compliance of food products by verifying production processes, hygiene standards and transparency throughout the supply chain via strict inspections.
