Packaging
Inside our dairy, we use state-of-the-art equipment that allows us to package our cheeses while maintaining hygiene, safety and product integrity right up to the point of consumption.
Our packaging area is divided into different departments:
• Blue cheeses
• Washed-rind aged cheeses
• Fresh cheeses
Technology and flexibility were key in designing our packaging area, which—thanks to its modern facilities—can meet any demand for portioning and packaging.
It’s important to highlight that the entire process—milk processing, curdling, maturing and packaging—takes place entirely at our facility in Pagazzano (BG).
