The Supply Chain

We produce our cheeses at our modern dairy in Pagazzano (BG), which covers an area of 60,000 sqm, of which approximately 15,000 sqm are covered. Every room is climate-controlled with advanced ventilation systems, and the entire facility operates constantly under overpressure.

Our key strength, which has led us over time to achieve excellent results, is undoubtedly the use of a complete cheese supply chain: from milk to the finished product, from the land and farms to packaging and sales strategies.

We have created an integrated supply chain where we manage all the processes ourselves, allowing us to maintain complete control over every stage and guarantee high quality standards.

All of this takes place in the Bergamo plains, where our farmland, livestock and modern production facility in Pagazzano are located. Here you’ll find our cheese production areas, maturing rooms and packaging departments.

This integrated model allows us to directly manage all the economic—and especially quality-related—factors involved in production, firmly believing that a complete and integrated supply chain adds value to the product.
