In 1914, Battista Arrigoni opened his farm and quickly evolved into a producer of typical and PDO cheeses within just a few years.
Thanks to the experience of four generations, who have always followed ancient methods and strict specifications, today our company produces the widest variety of Lombard cheeses, both traditional and innovative, all with an unmistakable flavour.
