Ingredients(for 8 people)
a roll of filo pastry
250 g Stracchino
1 kg spring onions, boiled and sautéed in a pan
melted butter, to taste
Method:Cut the filo pastry into strips measuring 7.5x25 cm. Brush with melted butter.
Place a cube of Stracchino cheese and a few spring onions in the corner of the shortest side of the pastry strip. Fold up into a triangle shape by folding the strip over onto itself until you get to the end. Brush the ‘brik’ shapes with melted butter again. Bake in the oven at 180°C until golden brown.
