TALEGGIO DOP
A LATTE CRUDO
A soft cheese of ancient origins, whose name comes from the valley near Bergamo where it was born and where it is still produced using milk exclusive to the same valley. Made from crude milk, traditionally hand-salted and aged: these are the reasons why this Taleggio is the closest to the ancient traditions.
