Cucchia lyo

The Cucchia Lyo line was born from the curious encounter between Gorgonzola DOP and freeze-dried fruit and vegetables with the aim of giving the consumer tasty and imaginative ideas to comfortably savor the sweet taste of gorgonzola combined with many different flavors at home.

The Gorgonzola is one of the most famous marbled cheese with Denominazione di Origine Protetta (protected designation of Origin).
Made with cow’s milk exclusively in some provinces of Lombardy and Piedmont.

Ingredients
Gorgonzola DOP 97% (MILK, salt, rennet), fruit and freeze-dried vegetables 3%.

Flavor
The sweet taste of Gorgonzola is characterized by the addition of freeze-dried fruit and vegetables.

Rind
Without rind.

Consistency
White or pale yellow, very creamy, mottled due to the development of mold. After adding the lyophilized ingredient it takes on its color.
